I have a bunch of these talent and training tokens how do you use them and for what?

They are used to unlock will-cast pet talents. You manifest the talent like any other, but it must then be unlocked with tokens to become active.

some pet ability are called will cast, bonus when you found chest, or bonus when you find treasure with your pet (on play as your pet mode) when you discover then on a pet you must unlock them with these token.

willcast add a spell near your hand you can cast at any moent for happiness
bonus are bonus when you find chest or tresure no need to explain more about this one
