Great suggestion! Our website is quite rigid though, so I'm not sure this can be easily done, but I will pass on the idea to the team.

Yeah, I am aware of how hard it could be to add a spot to the website to check on new features or in this case ticket status. I just think it would clear up some space on people e-mailing to check on the status of the ticket :D since they do give a Reference # for checking on it.
