Hi, I'm trying to complete the waterfalls quest to get the leviathan card, but when I go to the chantry plaza, nothing happens. I follow the arrow until it fades, indicating something should happen, but nothing does . I've tried restarting the game, teleporting, hitting x, but nothing happens. Please help!
