Glitch with entering the Astral Plane in The Arcanum.
I entered the Astral Plane which is located in the Infirmary in the Arcanum after defeating Medulla to save Mellori, when I entered my game froze and had to restart the game, when I logged back into the game I was out of the Infirmary, went back in and tried entering the Astral Plane again but I no longer have the option to click X to enter that place, now I am stuck and unable to continue the story line, I have tried everything i knew to try to get it to work with no luck, any idea of what can be done?

Sounds like a bug to me.
What I would try first is to go in the Astral Room and see if you can access it through the crystal in there. If that still doesn't work, I would submit a ticket right away.
