Life School of Fish not affected by Winnow Rank 3 in Mangrove Marsh
So first and foremost I want to link to this thread which has since been locked, yet unresolved. Two years later I'm having the exact same problem.
When trying to use Winnow Rank 3 in Mangrove Marsh, I get the message "No fish affected," and then proceed to still catch Life School of Fish, which is a Rank 2 fish. Not a huge issue since the it works fine in other areas with the required quest fishes, but just wanted to re-report the bug since it seemingly hasn't been fixed.
