Im trying to craft, and I want to get a badge from the mooshu crafter, Toshio, so I took his quest "Legend of Two Rings" and when I went to turn in the 2 rings, the exclamation mark is grey and I cant turn it in or anything?
Don't know how to fix, Restarted my PC, and Game, and still nothing happened
