Life Deckathalon Stage 9 Power Pips Bug

When you reach this stage, you have no power pip percentage against 3k health enemies, which can all gain power pips. I already wasted 2 of my credits trying to beat the first enemy with no luck. I'm assuming this is a bug and is not intended.
