Lose Tower place and credits due to game crashes- HELP!
Ok not sure where to report this, but I have lost 4-6 credits trying to do the Balance Deckathalon tower this week. I will enter, using a credit and many times, in the midst of battle, the game just randomly loses connection. This causes me to be kicked out of the tower and I lose my place inside as well as the credit I used to enter. I have triple checked my internet connection, and my computer was still connected every time.
Can I please be granted some make up credits or something? Thus Deckathalon is hard enough w/o this happening over and over. I am just trying to earn enough points for the Balance Hamster on several of my wizards, but this makes it impossible. Please let me know if there is anything you can do to compensate for this happening. Thank you.

Well, this event is over. It was frustrating at times, but managed to get in just enough times to get points for the pet at least. Affected my chances at the leaderboard, but that’s ok. Thanks for the fun events KI. Love playing the game ~ when it stays connected~ Lol Off to enjoy the next event
