Hello Aaron Anglebane here

For some reason, the main questline for dragonspyre has disappeared for me with no new available quests.

I did some searching around and tried to solve the problem but with no luck as well as trying to go back on the main quest line tree.

I have been waiting for a response on my ticket for 5 days now.

If you have a ticket number, that's a good sign. Check the email that is assigned to your account and also be sure to check the spam filters. If you still don't get a response after the next couple of days, hopefully Spark or Dworgyn can help track down your case.
