I've been waiting for over a week on a support email which no one has responded. I sent a couple of follow up emails and another support email but still no answer.

Can someone please respond to my issue? I feel like I've been blacklisted or something.

Hi Kevin,

We're here for you! No, you have not been blacklisted or anything like that. Support may just be backed up on tickets right now due to the new update just being released.

If you feel it's been 48-hours since the original ticket was submitted and no response was made, please go ahead and respond to the ticket again to inquire.
