Looking for a high level ice pet to hatch with

Having some trouble both finding someone to hatch with and getting a good ice pet. Would appreciate any help on my mission to get a good pet.

I'd love to help you here. Can you please be more specific why you mean by "good ice pet?" Are you looking for a good damage pet, critical pet, healing ice pet or a resist pet? More information would help me out here :).
