Can someone help please?

Problem started a few days ago. I shut down my computer then put it back on.

Now every time I log in to wizard101 it has to load everything again!

If I go to my house then leave, then come back to it again, it has to load all my housing items.

If I log off of wizard101 and get back on, it has to load all my clothes again.

Should I try reinstalling the game? Thanks for any help!
