Crab tower bug

Today I was continuing my quest in khrysalis with the crab tower dungeon and I defeated the deep spawn enemies and it told me to talk to the celestial crab and it had the question mark above its head but it wouldn't let me talk to him please help

What happens when you try to talk to him? You may need to move away and then back again? Or try logging out and back in.
