It has been a while since I've played Wizard101. I can see my mount inside my house, but I cannot equip myself with it. I checked my other characters and no one is riding it. Did it get deleted due to inactivity? If so, can it be restored somehow?
You answered your own question, young Wizard. I can see my mount inside my houseYou must first open your housing panel to remove the mount from the house and place it in your backpack. You can only equip items that are currently in your backpack.
