I got billed the $2 monthly subscription for this on both of my accounts over the past month, but I have not received a pack on either one since a month ago. In my account settings on the website, it says the next reward is available on 4/23/2022 which is a date that has already passed. Does anyone else have this bug? How soon can I expect it to get resolved.
