Hi. Recently, after i log into the game for a few minutes, my downloads stop working. They remain at 0% and nothing else is able to download, including maps. When i exit the game (click the exit button on the character selection screen) my screen freezes, and i have to open my task manager to exit. When i manage to close the game via task manager it tells me the client has crashed. Does anybody know how i can fix this?
This happened to me before too. I solved it by uninstalling then re-installing the game. I know it takes awhile to reload, but it does solve alot of problems. I can only reason that sometimes automatic updates from windows or flashplayer go beyond what the game remembers being on your computer. When you re-install, your computer will sync the game with the freshest versions. I hope this was helpful, and will solve your problem.
