dragonspyre health wisp glitch

so, in dragonspyre you know how there is that path that goes down in the great spyre and leads to elouise and zeke? well down were elouise and zeke are is health wisps is this a glitch or normal?

It's always been there. It's a helpful place to quickly heal if you are defeated in battle so you can get right back into the fight.

They've always been there...just like the mana wisps floating around Cyrus.
