My friend is having problems watching Earn Crowns videos on her Mac. Error messages keep popping up saying "We're sorry. Earn Crowns offers are not supported on your Mac at this time." That is all it has been saying for weeks. She has checked and they should be compatible with her Mac. Any ideas on what it could be?
