Ghost Natural Damage

Hi,
Recently I have been seeing Ghost Character Models (Lost Souls, Foulgaze, Paulson, ect.) natural attacks doing no damage. It shows the damage icon but shows no damage and does not do anything the my health ball.

Did you resist the damage? You would have seen the word "resist" on screen.

I have no resist except to myth. It also didn't show a number. Just the damage icon.
