hero of grizzlehiem badge bug

so I beat the ravens in grizzlehiem and got to wintertusk, but I never got my hero of grizzlehiem badge. is this a bug? or do I need to finish wintertusk to get that badge?

you are looking especially for pages 17 and 18 in regard to GH.

I think you have to beat wintertusk too before you can earn the badge
