I can't see Wizard101 screen.

when i log in, the screen of wizard101 just keeps flashing and it won't let me play. :( does anyone know how to fix it?

i am haveing a similar problem. when i log into my grand person, it loads then it closes on me. Idk if i got reported or what but i really wanna get on my person. Its aggravating.
