I have contacted support for my account issues. I have got no help whatsoever by them. They say the same thing in their email every single time. And that email has the status report and it always has said not fixed. I am a level 71 balance wizard. My issues are, not being able to get the quest for the availing hands spell & getting my pet judgment. I looked up who gives the quest for availing hands and they told me to come and talk to them about a new spell, but once I went there they had no quest or anything for me. Since I did not get the availing hands spell I cannot get any future spells. I cannot because they require having that first. I am very frustrated with kingslsle help because I sent them 4 emails for help and like I said they always gave me the same response and no help. I am more than half way to lvling up and when I do I have a spell that I can get if I had availing hands first. I need some help badly. Thank you whoever helps. :)
To get the level 58 pet quest, you will need to have completed Breaking Glass and Nordrilund Exposure. Alhazred will then give you the quest Balancing Egg.
