I got my ice wizard to level 28 and went to speak to Lydia Greyrose. When she began to speak I noticed she said it twice when the dialogue pinpoints it should only be said once. I wanted to make sure this was a recurring bug so I kept declining and tested it a few times and sure enough it is.
