This morning I got the quest to save Bill Tanner's sister.
I go into the warehouse where she's being held, then Mikey says "You won't find Baxter here, but you will find your end.", even though the text has him saying "Hey! How'd you get in here?"
I think that this is a glitch that needs looking into, so to speak.
