The problem I have is when running two accounts at the same time and lately that has been when working on badges. One account will get all the drops but the other one gets none at all. Is there a reason for this to happen.
I am not seeing the usual icons of drops after battle. They look like it is going into the back pack.
Is this part of an update.

It could be the glitch that occasionally happens. You are receiving items, you just aren't getting the notification. It usually corrects itself after a bit of time or by logging off and back on again.
