Non-Repeatable Bosses?

I can understand why the boss for the Training Point quest Inyanga gives you is not repeatable, but why, after finishing the quests related to them are these bosses Not Repeatable:

Queen Tanei Ghostmane - Savanna
King Shaka Zebu - Zamunda
Askil Blacktrunk - Drum Jungle

Please make these bosses repeatable. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
