Okay so i have a storm wizard. So i didnt know about prisms and i was level 24 and my cousin asked where are my prisms i said i dont have any then i went to get the quest but when i go to halestorm balestorm or whatever, he just takes me straight to the train menu? doesnt even give me the option to get a quest.. i dont know whats wrong? I Really dont want to make another character. help will be much appreciated -Aleczio
