Problem redeeming award??

I bought a bundle and when I try to redeem a reward that is 2 levels above me, it says there is a problem redeeming this award and to try again, which I have done to no avail. Why is this?

Is your backpack full?
What is the exact message you are given when you attempt to redeem the item?

Send screenshots and the following information in an email to support@wizard101.com

->the account name
->the character name
->the item name you are trying to redeem
->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots

NEVER send us:
->your password
->your full credit card information

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved. It can take up to 48 hours for Wizard101 customer support to reply to your email.
