I've had similar problems in two different dungeons in Caer Lyon. The first was Feletheus, the second was ear licker in both cases it appeared as if the enemy was beguiled so i could not directly attack them it would let me try to cast a Triage on them how I ended up in this status Was. In the first case I ported into the battle to help a friend. In the second case i died in the battle and was revived and could no longer directly attack after coming back to life. on the plus side i was no longer getting directly attacked either.
