The talking head and this one are initially showing as complete with the pop up text, but they are not removed from active assignments.

I figured out there are two of each in Puerto Nuovo! The name should be changed up like in other lands with more than one possibly?

For this quest there are 2 areas of Puerto Nuovo. Vale of Perfection and Banana Jungle. We are updated the quest to make the descriptions clearer. For now you will just need to make sure you check locations in both zones.
