The Storm School has no windows! I would have thought that the professor was getting new windows because well they probably weren't weathered. Not much, I just think that with the Spiral Tournament on its way, we need to look our best.

It may be, but the Storm School building having no windows isn't a problem or a bug, since it doesn't affect game play. Professor Balestrom doesn't want windows, because the Storm spells being practiced in his classroom would blow the windows out.
