Unable to get Talos Minion

I am level 63 and I have learned my level 58 spell, but I haven't got the quest for the level 55 spell. I watched a video and I saw them talk to Erik in Grizzelhelm, so if you have any advice, please let me know.

You need to complete a fair portion of Wintertusk before you will be given an opportunity to obtain this spell.
It sounds like you may also be missing your level 35 quest spell.

There are 3 requirements to meet to be able to accept the starting spell quest from Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town, “The Spell Trade.”
  • Being level 55
  • Having completed the quest “Su Su Sudrilund” in Sudrilund in Wintertusk, which is given by Grandmother Raven in Hrundle Fjord.
  • Having completed the quest “Thief of Spells” from Erik Wyrdrune in Northguard.

    would the level 35 spell be stunning spell because I got one from Erik. and when would I get one in the snout
    or something like that.
