So I was useing my lvl 39 Death wiz and I went to see if Amberose and it said I have important news about Celestia. It wasen't even a icon on the screen. I was lvl 39 and he asked me about Celestea. I thought you had to be lvl 48 not 39 also is level 37 early for draginspyer.
