when error pops up when i try and get on sometimes it says go to solution 102 there is no solution 102

What does the error message I received mean?

Solution 102: Unable to install the Wizard update.

It appears that you have a bad installation of Wizard101. Please login to the Wizard101 website and reinstall the game.
