On my account, I can't see my friends. There is a symbol through the friends like a "ban symbol". Such as a cannot be used thing there is a red circle with a line through it. Could you please help me out with the issue.
No need to panic, young Wizard. You have chosen to be Hidden from Friends. A feature in the Options Menu allows you to set yourself to be Hidden from Friends. If you set this option, your friends panel will not be accessible and you will not appear as being online to your friends.
Thank you Prof Greyrose. In case anyone else is confused, when you clicked on your friends icon, it used to cancel hidden automatically. That changed during the last major update, so now you have to go to your user controls - "Advanced Gameplay Options" - and set "Hidden to Friends" to "Off".
