I received a storm dealer jewel for my pet but I can’t use it. Why is that?

Hey, it's possible that you may have to level your pet all the way up to Ultra, which is currently the highest you can level up your pet.

What Kyle meant to say is if your pet has Storm Dealer manifested you can't socket it. If not it is an Ultra jewel so you need to train to ultra first.
