Well, today I was supposed to deal with an Otomo Courier in Hametsu Village.. I looked & looked & even did Crimson Fields --- No Otomo Couriers at all. I came back later and tried using another character ... Nope, could not find one anywhere. At least my lower level player got a different assignment and I was able to do that one.
Where did all the Otomo Couriers in Hametsu Village & Crimson Fields go.?
