I've been trying to email kingsisle about a mistake they made on my account but none of my emails are going through because I am not receiving the confirmation email. I have only emailed from gmail and have tried multiple accounts to contact them. The issue with my account is pretty serious and I am only being ignored. It has been a month.

If not, try another email domain than gmail please.
