Ever since the Fall Update I have noticed that the hair color for the female version of the Goat Horns hairstyle is bugged (as far as I am aware the male horns are unaffected). Rather than the correct color, any color you select in the dye shop creates a pastel type effect. For example, rather than bright red, it creates a light almost pink color. This bug happens for every dye color. I reported this to customer support a long time ago and it still hasn't been addressed so I'm trying to bring awareness to the problem here.
