I have been trying to catch this fish at Blacksmith's Fjord to no avail. Wiki lists it as fire level 2. I winnowed level 2 and then winnow fire. The line snaps every time--over 20 times in a row!!. All 3 wizards on this account are level 12 transcendent fishermen. I was in Ivan realm around midnight EST on 12/16/22 if KI wants to check.
The other fish that is impossible is the butterfly shrimp in the Last Woods at Peppergrass Glenn in Krysalis.
