It may be because you have currently learned all of the Ice Spells that Professor Greyrose is currently teaching! Congratulations master Thaumaturge! There are a few other spells that you will learn from Professor Greyrose, but she will have a quest for you when the time comes (I think you have to be like levels 68, 78, 88 etc.)
