Get to Other Worlds

I have a question. I have a subscription and I can't go to other worlds.
Can someone tell me how to get to the next world after Wizard City?( I think it's Krocotopia) I would really appriciate it, Thank you :D

You are only level 9, young Wizard.

Once you have completed your assignments in Wizard City, Merle will summon you to his office and give you the key to the Spiral.

You can visit Grizzleheim, though, by talking to Baldur Goldpaws in Olde Town.
