the crucible wont glow

the crucible in dragonspyre wont light up or glow :( so i cant continue my quest can you please fix this glitch its been like that for 2 days

Could you explain your problem in more detail, including the name of the quest you are on?

The Crucible is a branch off the Necropolis and the door does not have a sigil or a teleport portal. You just walk up to the door and enter it.
