open chat not working

For some reason when i try to get open chat it wont work. I am over 18 years of age and I've saved it a billion times. Please fiz this bug because i really want to see what other people say. :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :-(

When you redeemed your prepaid card, there was a notification that prepaid cards cannot be used to unlock the 18+ Open Chat.

Anyone of any age can purchase the cards, therefore they are NOT proof of age of majority (18+) and cannot be used to unlock Open Chat.

hi if you dont have text chat go to your account and there open you parental controls and then click the open chat.

ps, if you dont no it click forget password and it should send it to the email you entered oh ya remember to save!
