Level 74 promotion visit by Caliburn characte

Hello,
When I was promoted to level 74 I received one of the circle pop up notifications on the right of my screen it was a dark brown or black dog I think saying that i need to visit him in Caliburn. Well I can't find this person anywhere, I've looked all over Caliburn and I have no idea who it is. Any ideas? This character is death. Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is the spell you're looking for, but it's supposed to be your level 75 spell:
