My sister had a membership on here and so do i. But now she cant go to other worlds and such. I dont know why, we tried to make her a new membership but it wont let us? Was hers canceled or something?
Your sister will need to contact support (not you) to find out why her account is no longer a Member.
Contact us at support@wizard101.com - and when she contacts support, please ensure that she give us: ->the account name ->the character name ->when the Membership was supposed to end
NEVER send us: ->the password ->full credit card information
The more information she gives up front, the faster the issue can be resolved.
