Trying to talk to Sir George Martyn at the Lightning burnt tree. He just won't show up! ?

No, never did!
I contacted Support and they moved me forward - twice!
My Life Wizard has had no problem and Sir George showed up on cue

I have that same thing happening to me. I contacted support but they haven't emailed me back. Help
