when i tried to enter the code for the staff, it said the reward has already been claimed. i havent claimed any other staff/wand codes ( if there are any others), and i only have one wizard. i went in-game to see if i got it, and nope, nothing there. like i said, i haven't entered any other staff or wand codes. what should i do?
You can easily resolve this by contact Mr Lincoln. He will sort out the code problems. Go to the Help & Support tab on the left and use the Contact Us tab.
