I did all the quests but could not get the frankenbunny. I have never got him before and even tried using one of my other players and tried more then once on the same player but nothing. Did I do something wrong or is it chance that you get him? I even checked in my bank but nothing.

Did you go back and talk to Dworgyn? The quest doesn't tell you do so, which is a huge mistake in my opinion, but that's how you can the bunny.
