I downloaded the game a few days ago and had trouble with nothing except the textures in the crown shop. Whenever I put my mouse over an item, the area where the information box about the item should be is flashing with hues and virtual snow. I assumed the client didn't download the textures properly so I deleted the game and re-installed it completely, same problem. Is this normal? Am I the only person facing this? Is there any way I can resolve this problem? I reviewed the FAQ section and browsed briefly through the message boards and didn't find anything related to my issue... Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!
